Its always like that. Whenever my emotions run down to the bottom of the pit, God always has a way to make me feel better.
Maybe its PMS. So I'm cranky and I think too much and get emotional and buy a completely unnecessary packet of Chipsters to munch on while thinking because its my reaction to stress - eat more. Waste of money? Lol.
